TL 9000 V, ISO 9001:2000 Certified

LogistiCorp has certified its Quality Management System (QMS) to drive quality improvements
and to increase customer satisfaction with our logistics services.
LogistiCorp uses quality metrics and short/long term planning to improve the
quality system. We identify opportunities for improvement and document processes to
enhance our ability to provide consistent quality service to our customers.
Our Quality Mission Statement is supported by every member of our staff:
"To exceed our customer's expectations in the provision of supply-chain solutions and
logistics services by delivering operational excellence using knowledgeable people,
following audited business processes, which are supported by technology."
Our strategic intent is "As possible, LogistiCorp will offer supply chain solutions,
dedicated material handling, inventory management, and associated transportation solutions
to major corporations and governments seeking dedicated services. LogistiCorp will seek
to organize dedicated divisions to deliver such services."
The LogistiCorp QMS is certified in the TL 9000-V, R4.0, 7.7.5.1 Logistical Services,
Third Party and 7.9 General Support Services and we provide Logistics and Related
Support Services, Including Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehousing and
Delivery of Equipment, Wireless Track and Trace Services.

TL 9000 is the international standard established by the member of the Quality of Excellence
for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum. Among its goals are to drive continual
improvement, enhance customer-organization relationships and to define effective
performance-based measurements to guide progress and to evaluate results of quality
management system implement. TL 9000 requirements incorporates all of the International
Standards Organization (ISO) ISO 9001:2000 standards and requirements.

and use of the quality management system, not just to meet customer requirements, but
also to help improve the organization."
From BIZPHYX, the consulting firm guiding our certification, "..Logisticorp went through
their TL 9000 audit this week and they passed without any nonconformances!!! That is
almost unheard of in this day and time! So they have been recommended by their auditor
for TL 9000 certification. Garry Castro and his team did a fantastic job!"
